The Washington state Department of Revenue has officially said they will not halt implementation. They believe there is no ambiguity in the law and they cannot legally do so.

It isn’t over yet though.

A number of state senators and representatives have sent a letter asking the DOR to halt implementation.

Andy Wilson sent the Department of Revenue an email giving them an alternate way to implement the law by complying with the NAICS codes.

One of the most powerful Public Relations firms in the state has taken up our cause. PRR will be opening the media floodgates. First phone call is Get Jesse.

Senator Cyrus Habib crafted a really good bill on our behalf and we’ve submitted to DOR.

Some really powerful legislators very friendly to our group at this early juncture. Hopefully they don’t run into opposition.
